Cancellation / Refund Policy

Rajani's BioHub is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service. We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us.

We will cancel your order if a request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. The request has to be made at rajaniks@rajanibiohub.in with your Email ID and Phone Number used during registration. A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to rajaniks@rajanibiohub.in within 24 hours from delivery. No Refund will be provided after the said period.

Subject the above conditions, Refunds shall be made to bank account within 10 working days of receipt of the Refund Request.

We may update this cancellation / refund policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
